To ensure the world’s healthiest kombucha doesn’t sit unnecessarily in a UPS warehouse over any weekend, all orders will be processed and shipped every Monday.

A note on the vibrancy of our kombucha: We ship UPS ground for the lowest shipping cost. The product will warm up during transit and that's okay! As a fermented product, it's preserved by probiotics and will never spoil - it's fine at room temperature for a week or two. Longer than that and it will continue to ferment, lose some sweetness, and produce more carbonation. Some customers want more fizz and leave it out for just this reason, but most pop it in the fridge when it arrives and proceed to enjoy it until their next order arrives.
